    What passes and memberships do you offer?

    We offer a $99 Daily Pass with unlimited contrast therapy, one class, and one longevity modality; a $149 Weekly Pass with unlimited access to all facilities and modalities; a $225 Basic Membership with unlimited outdoor classes and contrast therapy plus 50% off longevity services; and a $299 Longevity Membership with full, unlimited access to all facilities, modalities, and member hours.

    How do I book my classes or modality preferences?

    You can book through the MindBody app, send us a DM on Instagram, call us at 305-224-6399, or pay via Zelle, cash, or credit card in person at our center.

    Can I book SILA for a team-building, sober happy hour, or corporate wellness event?

    Yes! We cater to corporate events from 1 to 6 hours, including team-building, sober happy hours, and wellness programs for athletic teams, law offices, health organizations, and more—email us at info@silamiami.com to book.

    Are there any health restrictions?

    Certain modalities (such as the sauna, cold plunge, and Oxygen Chamber) may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant or have specific medical conditions. Please consult your physician or speak with our staff before booking.

    What should I bring?

    We suggest comfortable workout clothing, swimwear for contrast therapy, and a water bottle. Towels and personal-care essentials are provided
